Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a fee of 50%, and any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
